PRESS END

Stripper nuts and shafts are easily removed to give a clear open throat area for other tooling.  Stripper is height adjustable for various material thicknesses.

FLAT BAR SHEAR

HMI offers three different categories of shear bars. 1. 20" flat bar shearing capacity (C20 Series)

2. 25" flat bar shearing capacity (C25 Series)

3. 31" flat bar shearing capacity (I31 Series)

All of the above are available in a variety of punch tonnages and throat depths and heights to meet your requirements.

PRESS LIMIT SWITCH

Is infinitely adjustable.

COPER / NOTCHER

Suited for notching flat, angles and channel.  Lower blades have four cutting edges.  Slugs drop through a tube and fall to the floor inside the rear leg.

PRESS BED

Is bolted on and surface ground both top and bottom.

REMOTE FOOT PEDAL

The punch or press end has a remote foot pedal as standard.
